UBN Protection/ Terms and Conditions -

Please see below the information we hold and process:

• We store data on treats (Viruses, worms, Trojans, Tracking cookies and any other new or old threats found on your protected computer) up to 28 days so we can process, remove or monitor the threat on your computer.

• Any information that is stored is on a secure server and you will be notified by a ticket being logged (via email that you have provided).

• We also store computers name, Mac address, IP address, Operating system.

• UBN does not take any responsibility for infections on your computer or future infections or loss off of data but we do try our best to prevent threats getting on to your computers and loss of data.

• Some settings on the anti virus client have been restricted to keep your computer as secure as possible, you can gain access to the components at any time by contacting the help desk or you can contact us (at the bottom of the webpage).

• At the point that the subscription is terminated, You agree to uninstall all UBN and 3rd party software provided by UBN. we will send you instructions to help you with this process.

• 3rd party terms and conditions apply and can be found on your receipt of the invoices or quote.

• Web filtering substation will allow us to view, analyse all web browsing on the protected computer, the logs will be kept for 180 days and can be deleted upon request from the license holder.

Help Desk policy (UBN Intranet) -

Please see below the information we hold and process:

• We store full address, first name, last name, contact telephone number, email address this is so we can provide the best services possible (The data is store in secure location but we are not able to grantee this).

• Ticket are stored and never deleted (only on request) for historic issue and to track changes on the computer.

You can contact us (at the bottom of the webpage) to remove any data from UBN systems.
